This is 2025 so far. Total and utter insanity in LA the last 3 days. I am a humble person and I am on disability living day by day. I was never able to save because I was a single mother. I have never been well off or even truly stable. So, with that said, I cannot relate to these incredibly wealthy neighborhoods being burned down.

My heart bleeds for the families who were keeping up and paying their bills, but could be ruined by one bad day. I’m sorry for all the losses and especially the lives lost. And for the ghastly discoveries that may come. And yes, sorry to the celebs who lost everything. But your circumstances aren’t the same, because you have the resources to rebuild and you probably will. I’m certain there are many, many families in some of the average neighborhoods, who don’t have those resources.

I pray for all who are in LA and waiting to see when these fires are finally extinguished. And my deepest sympathies to those who lost loved ones and their life as they know it. Please understand, that average people who live on less than $2000 a month can’t comprehend your lives or where you are at. We are watching, all of this and living our simple lives. People like us ‘would’ become homeless in this situation. So we don’t understand and can’t.

I’m incredibly sorry for all of you to have to endure this. And my prayers and love come to you. I’m sure there will be a lot of rebuilding. But I know that this entire tragedy will take years to fix and wish you the best while you traverse this. God bless.
